Our orders are NEVER ready even when we time them for 1/2 hour prior to the actual time we plan on picking them up. Yesterday it was an issue with the electronic communication between the website and the store. BUT, after I went in and straightened it out, they proceeded to make pizzas for OTHER orders (waiting area was empty). I finally asked, "How's that gluten free pizza coming?" The reply was "oh.... yeah..." Then they started making it wrong until I reminded them it was white sauce. The reply? "Well you DIDN'T tell me white sauce!" (I had... twice and it was on the original order I showed him on my phone)
The tension between the employees in this site can be cut by a knife.
