Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I’m fairly new to my gluten allergy (among many others) but it is severe. The team working last Sunday evening was outstanding— not only do they offer the Udi’s GF crust, but they change gloves and do a thorough hand washing between all steps; sanitize a separate prep area, and use separate ingredients for placement on a GF, Celiac, or other allergy prep pizza, then wrap it in this area before they move on to something else. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and what is needed to prevent cross-contamination and possible exposure to the allergen, as well as the possible consequences to those of us who have been dealt this awful card. This place is so helpful I have a daughter that can't have dairy and I am not able to have gluten. They always change gloves and make sure that they don't cross-contaminate. They have always been so helpful.
