We had such a great experience at this Papa Murphy’s! Mark took the time to follow every celiac protocol with fresh gloves, clean prep surface, and separate ingredients, and did it all with a genuine smile and great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in food service who truly understands how serious cross-contamination can be, and I can’t thank him enough for taking it seriously while still being friendly and professional. It’s clear he cares about his customers and runs a great team. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the trust and care he showed us!
