I ordered a pizza for my family and a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese for myself, as I have severe dietary allergies, and when we drove home and unwrapped the pizzas to bake them, I noticed that mine did not have a gluten free crust, it was a wheat crust like the other, and there was dairy cheese on it. I called the store to try to order a replacement, but no one answered. I called the customer service number and there also was no answer, so I emailed customer service, who offered me a small discount on a future purchase. What a joke.
Thank goodness I noticed the difference, and didn’t get really sick from eating it, but what a completely unacceptable experience.
Update: finally got in touch with the new manager, who was appalled, immediately refunded me for the pizza I ordered but was unable to eat, and gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas. Now that’s customer service. 👍🏼
