Papa Johns Pizza

I literally went there to pick up a online order. Its raining 🌧 The front door is locked so I got soaked! No sign or display saying doors are locked after dark. I seen two cars out front so I figured the door was unlocked. I asked the kid in the driveway was that the managers corvette out front. He said yes. I said he should display a sign saying the doors are locked. The kid had absolutely no emotion or character like a zombie okay fine. Its okay. Give me my pizza. I drive one mile my house and open the box. The pizza is over cooked. The edges are dark brown. Its a small gluten free pizza. I'm not even taking it back because I have to be back at work in eight hours. Just for the record I have twenty two years in food service and management. The whole experience is unacceptable. I did tale pictures of the food and my ticket on the box so tread lighty. Nobody should go there until that staff is cleaned up including the manager!

Papa John's in Cherrydale has consistently good pizza. The gluten free crust not only taste great but has healthy ingredients. Very nice crew
