I’ve never ordered a Papa John’s pizza before. Sooo, I heard they offer a gluten-free crust and called to find out sizes and pricing. The girl who answered the phone knew basically nothing about it, kept talking to someone else in the background while I was supposed to be on hold, then still couldn’t answer my questions until I gave her all my personal info—Really? Come on people—- train your employees to be knowledgeable and professional.
