We had dinner. Antonella, the waitress, served us very well, and she really explained all the dishes to us! There are many options for celiacs, or they can even adapt them for you!
And I also have to congratulate the chef, he's a genius!

I had researched Papalo Restaurant before arriving in Nerja, looking for great food and a chef who understands Gluten Free. We ended up eating there 2 nights! Not only are the chef and wait staff aware, the chef uses amazing creativity in putting the menu together day to day. We had a filet, salmon, and a white fish and all were beautiful to look at and a delight to eat. Ditto for the deserts! The emphasis is on fresh local ingredients. If you are in Nerja, you'll have a memorable meal at Papalo.
