Papelon Melbourne

I love this place and wanna see it take off even more. Having arepas in the area is a godsend, esp for the gluten free westies. Being able to eat so much good Vietnamese and Venezuelan food in the area because there’s gf options is amazing. The pabellon arepa is my favourite. I’ve eaten here probably over twenty times and my main criticism is that the food is so inconsistent depending who’s cooking, which would be fine if it was all equally good, but sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it’s average. Glad to see the ranchero arepa addition and feel like it’d be amazing with a fried egg, would be nice to have that as an add on for the arepas. Ignore this suggestion if it’s too non traditional though …:)
