Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant, despite its distance from our gate, precisely because of the reviews. Our gate is at Gate C, and we walked to Gate E, where Pappadeaux is located. Airport restaurants usually have the worst ratings, but this place has 4.5 stars, and after visiting it, I understand why. First, their service is some of the best I've ever received. They took the time to cook our dish two different ways, since my boyfriend is allergic to gluten. They were always attentive to us, even though the place was packed. The food was quite delicious, highly recommended!

Long day of traveling with a four hour lay over in Houston. Food options were looking grim since I'm allergic to gluten. Pappadeaux was really accommodating and I did not get sick. I ordered the suggested dish of trout and lump crab. It was one of the best things I've eaten. Ever. My spouse got the sausage gumbo soup and he said that was really good, too. Our server and the manager were both really kind. Our food was served in a really timely manner. I'm glad to have a place to go to whenever we have to stop in Houston.
