We were delayed at DFW . Stopped in here at term C. Husband had gf trout with string beans. I had salmon on a huge tossed salad…with oil & vinegar and no cheese. Both delicious and had no celiac reaction after. They do have a gf menu (with typical warning about kitchen not be dedicated). Waitstaff very knowledgeable.
