Pappadeaux’s never lets me down! Excellent healthy food with good service! On a trip from South Texas to Louisiana, needing to eat gluten free and have my vegetables. I ordered the lunch salmon and substituted broccolini for rice. The flavorful tender salmon perfectly cooked with a little sear on the outside melted in my mouth. My veggies, Excellent! I have to give Lauren a high five! We sat at the bar, which was full with patrons eating as well as enjoying their beverages. She never missed a beat, checked on us often, as well as others. She always had a smile on her face. The service industry can be challenging when there are many individuals with needs and she was superb.
