Pappasito's Cantina

I've been coming to this location since I was a child. Tonight we came with a family member with Celiac and the whole experience was incredible. John, the manager, took great care in ensuring that there was no cross-contamination in the kitchen. It was obvious that he had pride in his job (he explicitly expressed that one of the reasons he loved working for Pappasito's was because of their care with food allergies and the like). At no time did he make us feel bad for the special requests, and showed great care for our party and experience. Jen, our server, was top-notch as well. She was very understanding and came two separate times after uncovering that they couldn't guarantee two separate ingredients. Last, the chef stopped by the table, asking how the quality of the food was and apologizing for how long it took to get it out to us. We, of course, didn't mind and were so thankful. We were so impressed and so grateful for the extreme care shown tonight. It might've seem like another process for all of these employees, but we were positively impacted as a family and can't say thank you enough. We will be back!
