Had a fully dedicated GLUTEN FREE space and double check that all of the ingredients were gluten free and CELIAC SAFE. they also reassured is that they separated and told the chef about our celiac disease. There was even a separate gluten free menu, and little topper on our dish that said gluten free on it, To make sure no other servers touched it to prevent cross-contamination!
