Huge assortment of gluten-free ice creams and desserts, high quality and prepared with selected ingredients from various regions of Italy. The staff and the owner are very attentive, kind and welcoming. Highly recommended, even for celiacs!

Good ice cream, but I find the €1 surcharge unacceptable (+33% on a €3 ice cream) for the gluten-free cone, which, for my celiac daughter, is not a whim or a whim. It's true, there is a cup, but just as for non-celiacs the price between the cone and the cup does not change, I don't see why in the case of SG there should be this shameful markup. This also considering the fact that now many ice cream shops (for example Felix in Spotorno) offer gluten-free cones without a surcharge.

During our stay in Finale Ligure we moved to Noli to try the ice cream of this ice cream shop: it was absolutely worth it! The ice cream is truly excellent, creamy and full of flavor, just as we had been recommended. But the real surprise was the extraordinary attention to gluten-free: very few ice cream shops really know what it means to avoid contamination, here instead we felt completely safe. A huge thank you for the professionalism and passion: real artisanal ice cream, even for those who have to follow a gluten-free diet. Highly recommended!!
