I called to confirm that the chicken pakora was cooked in a dedicated fryer. The person answering did not know, which was strike one. The person they passed the phone to answered "How many you want? I make them fresh." which was strike two. That's not right answer. If you feel lucky go ahead. Not me though. Nobody even knowing the answer suggests so many other potential problems. Do they know to change gloves? Do they know to get gluten free spices?
