Anticipated a great visit to this restaurant but expectations weren’t met. We were sat at our table but it had taken 15 minutes to get our order in - during which time we had seen tables who had arrived after us get served first, and food go to wrong tables only to be taken to the right table after being touched by the first, then returned to the kitchen. When our order was taken we told our waitress that there was a dairy allergy - she seemed very confused by this, offering to bring Gluten Free bread instead of the normal bread… Our starters took 20 minutes to arrive and these were very underwhelming in terms of presentation and taste. Our mains then took another 40 minutes to arrive which again were extremely underwhelming. The fish had no taste, not even any seasoning, the potato sides were undercooked and the grilled veg were soggy. Service was terrible - the manager looked like he had been on a 3 day bender in the same suit he showed up to work in. The team had no direction and it was clear that everyone was working the floor rather than their own sections. Tables were were attempting to get the attention of anyone which didn’t work. Unfortunately I won’t be going back or recommending. Intercontinental should take a closer look at this brand.

Delicious gluten-free food and top service. Absolutely recommended.
