Amazing food!! We each got a different dish and then shared them each other. All three were amazing. The Italian sodas were good too. I recommend the strawberry one. They have GF sensitive options. But since there is flour in the air in the kitchen, they said it is not celiac friendly. I appreciate that they put that right in their menu.

Is this the best evening resturant in Colorado Springs? It very well may be, because it is hands down the best Italian restaurant. They get everything right here, the atmosphere, the aroma of cheese and pasta in the air, the service, and of course the food is as good as it gets! If you are a pasta lover you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. If you are gluten free or looking for an incredible steak, I would highly recommend the New York Strip Waterbury Style. Honestly one of the best steaks I've had anywhere! If you are in Colorado Springs, make a point to check this place out.
