As someone who grew up in Paris, Texas, I feel I have adequate qualifications to tell you this place was wonderful. My husband had the Lamb burger on a gluten free bun. I had the brisket sandwich. The cowboy baked beans were delicious, but definitely not beans you’d find in the states. Still highly recommend!

All my family are regular visitors to Paris Texas when we come to Kilkenny to visit our Mother. It is in an ideal location for us. We have been visiting this bar/restaurant for at least ten years. They have an extensive menu and great gluten free choices. The staff are always super helpful. There is usually live music in the front bar most night. Yesterday lunchtime my cousin and I both dined on lovely salads. Never had reason to complain about anything during our many trips.
