PARK Distillery Restaurant + Bar

We loved this place. Best burger I’ve had in a very long time (bison burger), plus the waiter was first class. They catered really well for my coeliac wife and the beers they had from the 3 Bears local brewery were excellent too.

We rarely dine out as we have multiple family members with food allergies and dietary restrictions and it is difficult to find places that have safe options and are able to accommodate our needs. I called ahead to see if it was even a possibility of getting a meal prepared there and the manager was amazing. He double checked ingredients and offered options for all of our requirements. We got to eat out as a family and were all comfortable with our food choices. Exceptional service and attention from. The manager, the wait staff and of course the kitchen staff who prepared our meals. Also the food was amazing, rotisserie chicken, cedar plank salmon and gluten free bison burger, and a striploin steak. (Meals accommodated dairy free, egg free, soy free, gluten free and nut free requirements)

Horrible service. Our server was very rude. We ordered gluten free food for my mom who has celiac disease- the food came out with gluten in it. When I tried to tell the server there was gluten in it she argued with me that there is not. I again had to ask her to check with the manager or chef given it said on the menu the noodles in the lettuce wraps are NOT gluten free but they were in the lettuce wrap we were served. So after rolling her eyes she took the food back and came back to tell us that we were correct and she will get the food remade. No apology. Would not recommend.
