Parker John's BBQ & Pizza, Sheboygan

My friends ordered pizza and I get the impression they fared better than I did. It looked really good and I was impressed that they had a gluten free pizza crust option. But all by personal experience proved though is that pizza and BBQ do not mix. My ribs were dry...not dry rubbed...just dry and flavorless. My brisket chili tasted like it had been simmered in marinara with chili seasonings added and my onion straws were oily. The cornbread was very good though...very moist!

Quick summary: Great food, Awesome staff! The food was great and the staff was super friendly. Heads up, they're not super celiac friendly. However, our server really worked with is to ensure that my celiac wife got something she could enjoy! I got the mac bake with pork and loved it! My wife was able to get a salad with extra briscut and she enjoyed it as well. When desert came around, I ordered a pecan pie, but they were out. Noticably bummed, I ordered a cobbler instead. A few moments later the waitress came out to let me know it was available and if I wanted to change my order! I was told the pies are homemade and I could taste it! I look forward to my next opportunity to go.
