A very very cool diner! They had so many unique options: duck eggs, suckling pig bacon, they whipped the eggs to make the omelet in a malt mixer which made them very fluffy. There were a variety of hard drinks on the menu. The jam for my toast was a seasonal, house made jam. They were extremely busy, but our waiter was phenomenal.
