A Saturday lunch in the heart of the center of Bologna, everything perfect; by the kindness of the staff, an excellent traditional Bolognese menu, the elegant but not stuffy environment.
Possibility of gluten-free pasta.
The only negative point was the slowness of the kitchen.

Restaurant in an excellent location, in the center but away from the chaos. Excellent service, very kind and super helpful guy. I have celiac disease and they were quite attentive, they even brought me gluten-free bread. The desserts surprised me, delicious!
The only flaw is the price is a little high, but despite this I will definitely go back.
