I paid for a coffee and GF donut, but then they told me there were none. I have celiac disease and can't order anything else. I asked for a refund but the baristas didn't know how to do it, and they told me their manager left them alone. They tried to call the manager, but the manager didn't answer the phone. I felt so bad for these girls. As a former manager of a coffee shop I can't imagine leaving my team alone. Someone needs to fix that.
