Parmesans Pizzeria

Tried the gluten crust Roma pizza and A Greek salad. Excellent. Staff is friendly and efficient! Definitely the place to go. And, the deck is magnificent in the summer. Give it a go!

The atmosphere is amazing. It feels like a pizzeria on the lake should feel and the view is inspiring. We have a nice conversation with another couple on the back deck who were just feeling the vibes like we were. The staff was friendly and conversational and helpful. The food was the star of the show though. The crust and the sauce reminded me of my favorite pizzeria back home in Louisiana, not that that really has anything to do with anything anyone reading this review is going to care about, but it hit big nostalgia points for me right off the bat. I got a St Louis style pizza, which had provel cheese on it obviously, with Mandarin oranges and jalapeno. I'm mad that I waited 42 years to try Mandarin oranges on pizza. It was a great flavor combination. My wife got a calzone which had the fluffiest, chewiest, probably extremely high gluten if that matters to you bread. It was almost literally to die for. Like I might have stabbed somebody for the last bite. Everything about this place is just the best.
