Had a private wine and cheese pairing class which was educational and entertaining. Tried 9 different cheeses and tasted 4 different wines & 1 stout. Learned about different types of relationships between wine and cheese, as well as the different types of cheese and how they are made. The best part is that some gluten free bread was available for me to have during the tasting which I never expected but was SO appreciated. I would absolutely recommend going here for the wine and cheese pairing and am looking forward to doing a cheese making class when I return to Paris!
