Pizza tasted great . . . when I actually got it! TMI Alert! Hubby took son, son's wife & 4 kids, and me for pizza. 3 kids' meals and parents' meals delivered OK, but *forgot* the kids' ice cream dessert -> their mom reminded the server... BUT hubby & I sharing pizza on gluten-free crust received a pizza long after everyone else's meals THEN, it was NOT on a gluten-free crust. Server had to get management because she wasn't able to do anything about it. Quite a while before correct order came. While I was able to get a knife (gluten-free crusts often need coaxing), from kitchen-delivery-person, not server, I could NOT get a fork - so, I whipped one out of my travel-purse (curly floral handle, so never confused with restaurant-wear). The grandkids had to get home to bed before hubby & i could finish eating, and I dashed to restroom as they left ... hubby kept eating away as server brought check, and took my plate with food on it AND my travel fork - really a shortie, salad fork, fit well in travel bag pocket. Poor me, hubby didn't notice, and i never got my little fork back. I am usually positive about servers if they just smile (see my reviews), and I have had some of the best. Servers make an eatery memorable and we respect & appreciate their service. Unfortunately, this server may have been very young, new, untrained, inexperienced - but she was also just unfriendly. Probably in the wrong business. I am not local, so only in town to visit grands, but don't think you will catch me back in Parry's. Mgmt needs to evaluate hiring practices and/or training. Food, again, was tasty! It's a taproom, so it's noisy. (Go ahead, play the tiny violin...😪 and laugh, it is funny/ridiculous when it's OVER 😆.)
