We came here for dinner tonight and they offer gluten free pizza and my wife who is allergic to it was excited. We let our server Joshua know it was an allergy versus a preference. He worked with the owner to see if there could possibly be cross contamination. The owner came out to discuss everything with us and together we found a good option for my wife. They did a great job communicating and being considerate to my wife’s allergy. Once the food came out Joshua came back to check on everything. If you are in or around Cibolo and haven’t tried Parry’s yet, give them a shot.
