My pizza was a little overcooked. They needed to have it in an oven that wasn’t so hot! It was gluten free, and it tasted great but the crust at the edges wasn’t quite done but the bottom was over cooked. So they need to see if they can find a cooler spot in there oven.

Pizza crust is one of the most major bummers about having a wheat sensitivity and needing to stick with the gluten-free crusts. At Parry's, there is no bummer at all. I can't tell the difference between their gluten-free crust and any of the wonderful pizza crusts I ate in my former life before I knew about my sensitivity. I'm so happy to have discovered this treasure of a restaurant!
