Food was mediocre, service is terrible. Even though our waitress was lovely, management is garbage. The waitress felt really bad and embarrassed. What I ordered: 1. Escargot: it was good, but nothing amazing… it was an average garlic butter. Probably the tiniest escargot I’ve ever had. It comes with a side or bread… I’m celiac and the waitress offered to replace for GF bread. They gave me a slice of toast and then they charged me $5 for it, without any notice. Yes, $5 for a slice of thin toast, I’m pretty sure it was the PC brand one that I buy a Superstore. 2. French onion soup, small size. Tasted good, again nothing mind blowing. But beware, this is not a small size, it is a miniature size. The bowl is probably 2 inches in diameter. 3. Deviled egg, which they forgot about and I had to re-order. It is not a deviled egg, it’s HALF an egg. This was terrible, very salty and very dry. 3. Dark chocolate crème brûlée: they are quite small, about an inch wide in diameter and it didn’t taste like a crème brûlée at all, just a plain custard. - if you want a lime wedge for your water they charge 50 cents. They also have a policy of no phone-calls. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was tiny and cramped, also hot in there. Parking sucks and the food is not worth the hazle nor the arrogance of this place. Will not go back. There are so many other tapas-style places were the food is much superior, like Bodega for instance. For French food, even The Creperie is better.

We had a small group of friends gather for a meal here. The staff were friendly, intuitive and absolutely pro when it came to accommodating strict gluten and celery allergies. The cocktails were amazing and the bartender even accommodated a custom request and nailed it. We shared the dates, devilled eggs (the pea hummus was delicious), sprouts, potatoes, sausage and cabbage. We finished with a second order (never enough) of the dates as a dessert even. The food, drinks and service were perfect and we all double checked the bill because it was so reasonable. I will return for charcuterie and to try the croque Mon’Soubise. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
