I ordered a classic lamb and GF lamb souvlaki. They were very busy, but my souvlaki was made a good 10-15 minutes before the second one and they were too busy doing uber eats orders before making the second GF souvlaki.
Also, they are a big risk of cross contamination for gluten free, didn’t change gloves when making the GF souvlaki!! Wouldn’t recommend for celiacs!
