We had a very nice experience at Paseo. The 3 of us shared everything, including a salad, a side, the sea paella and 2 entrees, the halibut and smoked chicken. It was all wonderful. Very fresh ingredients with subtle and complex flavors. Our waiter was both helpful and personable. He helped me with my food allergies, including an amended menu from the chef. Except for a few starters and the desserts, almost everything is (or can be) gluten free and dairy free! To bad I couldn't have dessert, or I would have saved room for the strawberry soft-serve with pistachio baklava. The space was very well done. My only complaint was that it was very loud inside. Even still, I highly recommend.
