This bakery is fantastic!!!! I contacted them several days prior to my husband's birthday regarding macarons. They were super knowledgeable about gluten free banking and cross contamination. When we went in to pick out our treats, the owner was SO kind and welcoming! We had a great experience picking out our goodies. Not only was it a great experience but the macarons were the best I've ever tasted. The flavors were out of this world. I'm so glad I tried some new flavors because literally everything I tasted was magical. I absolutely recommend this business and will be back!!!!

You've NEVER had Macaron's like this! I met Chef Seth at a farmers market and his Macaron's looked amazing. The kicker was his understanding of not just his preparation, but the ingredients and impact on someone like me with Celiac. The Key Lime Pie Macron is unreal amazing, as are the others we tried. 5/5 would recommend. We'll be using Chef Seth and Passion at Midnight for our future family and friend gatherings.
