I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac. This means I cannot have gluten. As you'd imagine when traveling through the less populated parts of NM, it can be really hard to find safe options for me to eat. Passion Pie made my girlfriend and I the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had using gluten free waffles. And their service was extremely friendly and fast. Also, they were no more expensive than McDonalds (a place I can't even eat at anymore.) If you are in ToR, you need to go eat here.
