Wow! Gourmet pasta at fast-casual pricing? I was surprised to learn everything is homemade, in house. The owner is a classically-trained chef and was very friendly in greeting patrons and sharing their story. I’ve tried the fried ravioli, the Chef Guy’s Faborite (sooooo good!) and several flavors of cannoli at the Trinity location, though they have a location in Wesley Chapel as well. Everything has been delicious. They have gluten and dairy free options for those with allergies and preferences. Can’t say enough about this place!

They have a great gluten free pasta! I haven't been able to find a pasta that has the same texture which is big for me! they have so many sauces and combinations and add ons to make it your own I highly recommend!!!!!

Pasta di Guy is a fast-casual Italian restaurant located in Trinity, Florida. This restaurant offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, freshly made pasta, and amazingly sized portions for a very reasonable price. I ordered a small salad and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce sweet and the meatballs quite tasty. The side salad was very fresh and included a variety of lettuce, not just the usual Iceberg lettuce used in other fast-casual Italian chains. This restaurant also has extensive Gluten Free menu options. Very well done and will return.
