Pasta Forna

I discovered Pasta Forna on a gluten free Facebook group and I'm so glad I did, I havent been able to enjoy lasagne this good since I was diagnosed Coeliac (and arguably ever??). Even my non-coeliac friends and family love the gluten free pasta (i havent tried the normal wheat pasta but if the gluten free pasta is anything to go by it would also be amazing). Full of flavour and the balance of ingredients and texture is spot on, not mushy like a supermarket lasagne. It's very easy to order online, and Aime provides wonderful service, she treats you like an old friend. I've had the lasagne for dinner parties and all I need to do is follow the instructions to heat the the oven. So easy when entertaining.

I tried Pasta Forna for the first time last year. I got a family sized lasagne- Emilia Romagna & this has now become a regular family favourite. It's so easy to put in the oven & perfect for nights when you're in the go with kids. Pasta Forna is also handy when entertaining & has been popular with our visitors. I have also purchased the vegetarian & gluten free lasagnes for friends which have also been a hit. The lasagnes & garlic bread are tasty, great value for money & I highly recommend.
