Used the QR code to order, spent about 10 minutes getting everything ready, then on the final page, it showed a $5 venue processing fee on $150(ish) which is about 3%. So went and ordered instead in person, and asked for gluten free for 1 meal out of 4. My order came out as normal pasta. Manager came over and said I didn't order gluten free. Asked me to come order another meal as they weren't refunding. They didn't have ceramic plates, only paper plates. Wife and kids rated the Pizza and pasta the same 6/10. TLDR; paid $150 for my kids to eat on paper plates. Won't be going back.
