Phenomenal Italian place in Caye caulker.
Owned by Italians, fresh pasta made daily (and remember that if you are gluten intolerant, the wheat here is not genetically modified so chances are you will be just fine eating it).
Menu is very small and you get what you get - and it will be delicious. Save room for dessert.
