All out of 10, I have been celiac since last year and I discovered this bakery a couple of months ago, and the truth is that I would dare to say that it has been the best gluten-free bakery in all of Malaga. Their bread rolls were the main thing I went to this establishment for because they said they had the best consistency to be gluten-free, and I can honestly confirm that it is true because they have a texture that does not break when you pick them up and on top of that you can freeze them. As an aside, I also ordered empanadas and some other sweets, and I can say that they are all 10, very well made for being gluten-free, and especially their New York style cookies that have a super soft dough on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Without a doubt I would repeat again and again.
