But if you can with traces of gluten, I can only recommend it!! ❤️ According to information on request, the bread is made from a rice-corn-coconut mixture and is vegetarian or topped with meat. I had the vegetarian version with mozzarella, tomatoes, lettuce and what I thought was cool, dried tomatoes 😍 The bread is toasted on the grill and I actually wanted to pack it up and take it with me, but it only survived a traffic light intersection 😄 a good gluten-free sandwich is in for me Berlin is in short supply and I am very happy that I have found a place to go for it, I will come back! 👍
