Excellent pastry shop. We booked a gluten-free cake from them for our celiac daughter. Delicious as always (very soft sponge cake!) and very beautiful. We were fully satisfied. They also make great gluten-free tea pastes. They are AIC certified. Maximum safety and professionalism.
