Years of "suffering" due to the shortage of gluten-free sweets; or even pastry chefs who, following a request for a large order, reply that "No, pancakes with an alternative flour to wheat cannot be made"... and then you find out that there is a pastry shop near your home that not only prepares classic pastries, but also *the Pasticciotto* without gluten!
