Super friendly and helpful staff! I was served by both the pastry chef (alas I didn't ask his name) who prepared gluten-free things, and a super kind and cheerful girl! He was super patient and was able to immediately answer my thousand questions and give me advice. They have a display case completely separate from the gluten-free display cases. There are both savory options - not in the photo - and sweet ones, all lactose-free. Some desserts are even vegan. We tried nine small sweet pieces on site and 3 mini cakes to try at home (cheesecake, chocolate and hazelnuts and "pie de limon"). There were also larger cakes made by them frozen in case you wanted them. The mini dessert type Kinder fetta al latte is absolutely a must try, I loved it even though I'm not crazy about chocolate. The cheesecake was really good. The desserts were balanced, not too sweet or cloying, we liked them all from the crema catalana to the red velvet. The price is around €1.20 per piece if you eat there, €35 per kg to take away. If you are allergic to wheat, the leavened products contain deglutinated wheat starch but not everything else. For celiacs, however, there are various things that can be reimbursed as shown in the photo. 🫶🏻 Highly recommended, we will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After tasting the first gluten-free cake from the Brotini patisserie I no longer had any hesitations. Every important event I go to them. From Montespertoli to San Miniato. And since Easter it is the second time I have returned to discover their other gluten-free specialties to share with my celiac friend. Enthusiastic about everything, a note of merit to the berry cheesecake and the house specialty Paradise which I could finish alone. Welcoming and smiling staff. Recommended to many of our acquaintances. Thanks to all the staff.

Excellent pastries with gluten and gluten-free. I often go to buy, I don't live in San Miniato Basso, but I work in the area and they are unique. I purchased pandoro, panettone, paradise cake for birthdays. This year Colomba, with pistachio and pistachio Easter eggs, Colomba with gluten and Colomba without gluten. Everything is excellent but what I find a step ahead of the others is everyone's kindness and the speed in responding even on WhatsApp. I add excellent cleanliness of the place and sublime products, everything. Also worth trying is the Pizza come una volta where they produce pizza with gluten and gluten-free with natural leavening. The sales assistants were very kind.
