The bakery has a seperate case for gluten free items- some pastries and mini sandwiches. I got 2 pastries and they asked if I would like any filling: you can get it plain, chocolate, pistachio, jam, etc. I got one chocolate and one pistachio. Both were delicious! Limited table space but I didn't have to wait too long for a seat.

This place very much deserves the high praise that it gets. The cappuccinos are delicious and creamy, and the selection of gluten free pastries is very impressive. They had savory sandwiches, croissants, croissants with cream, chocolate croissants, and a longer pastry with cream in the middle on top, among a couple others that I can't recall. Their gluten free pastries are in a separate case to the left and were very visually appealing. I got a cream croissant and a chocolate croissant, and the texture was out of this world, especially for someone who is Celiac and has limited breakfast/dessert options. The croissants were tender, flaky, and so tasty! I've never had anything that tender and flaky in the United States. Even though they were busy, the staff were wonderfully charming and friendly. I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. If I ever come back to Florence, this place will be at the top of my list to visit again!

Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.
