Best gluten free bakery, what a great surprise!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We found out about them because we tried their products at several gluten-free restaurants in Menorca, and they were delicious and super artisanal, nothing like the pre-made bread you get in Madrid… We went to see them and María, the owner, was there, with love and pure passion for her profession, and it shows. Thank you for researching and researching until you achieved the 100% gluten-free flavor! I have no words to describe it. Just so you know, they ship all their products to the Iberian Peninsula and they have a tremendous pizza base! But not to mention the ensaimada, muffins, bread, everything!!! Thank you family!
