A real treat to for someone who can't eat wheat to discover the Opera cake is made without. Haven't had one in about 10 years! The macarons are gluten free too. The creme brulee macaron topping didn't survive the journey back to London so well, I recommend enjoying them immediately. Yum!

Literally everything is incredible, and there's some science and logic defying stuff going on in the cakes she makes that are vegan or gluten free. Or both!
