Went for lunch. When ordering onion-garlic-gluten free dishes, like fried rice and chicken with cashews, it's important that the portion size remains the same as the regular option and the effort to garnish is the same. The special request fried rice had noticeably less rice compared to the standard version, and the special request chicken with cashews had fewer cashews than the standard dish with no effort to garnish the chicken special request dish. As customers, we should expect that the special versions, even though they allow for customisation, do not come in smaller portions, especially since we are paying the full price. If the size is clearly reduced, it creates an imbalance in value and experience.
