The server was super helpful - I asked about consome (which contains gluten) and he talked with the cooks and it turns out only the dobladas are gluten free (ish - likely cross contamination in the fryer). They use consome in all the meats and even in the masa of the chupines. The queso dobladas are good though! We sat in a booth in the "library" which was a pretty neat vibe with books everywhere.
