Very well-prepared, varied, organic, and seasonal cuisine, with vegan and gluten-free options! A real must-try.
We went with our two daughters and had a very short wait for service, which is important with young children... worth noting, as it's very pleasant!

Paulette is a charming place where you can find specialty coffee, organic products whose leftover preparations go to compost, tasty recipes with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options and I'm not even talking about the homemade pastries!
