We have enjoyed Paysan bagels since before there was a brick and mortar location. Back then you had to get to Market Square early on Saturday because he would sell out! Yes, the bagels are that good! Always fresh and consistently delicious. The best and only bagels I eat because the sourdough is fermented removing most of the gluten.
