Pazzo Pizzeria

Had a very disappointingexperience at Pazzo today. When we arrived at 5:30, we were left standing at the greeter's desk for about 5 minutes before someone came and seated us. Then, once we had our menus, we learnt that the online menu was very misleading. GF for gluten free appeared on the menu, which we took to mean GF options were available for pizza and pasta... wrong. The only GF item was risotto. My wife settled for that. Our friends ordered their appetizer and mains. In about 7 minutes the mains were delivered before the appetizers arrived. They came about 2 minutes later. The runners just left the mains and appetizers at our table. After finishing the meal, the server immediately brought the bill before asking if we wanted dessert or coffee... which we did. It seemed that after being seated the goal of the restaurant was to get us in and out as quickly as possible. The only redeeming note for our experience was that the food was reasonably good. Not sure I would visit here again given our experience with the service.

Avery was a fantastic server. We were a large group and she was very communicative and helpful. Food was delicious especially the mushroom risotto! We had a pescitarian and a gluten free diner with us and they were both happy with their meals
